How do I register to become a seller?
Go to “Seller’s Portal” in the top menu then click “Register.”
How do I get paid?
MarMo pays our vendors through a PayPal account, monthly. Once approved as a vendor, you can add your PayPal email address to your account under “Seller’s Portal” > “Vendor Dashboard” > “Store Settings”. This email address is where we will send any due amounts.
Payments will be sent at the end of each month to the vendor.
What are MarMo’s fees?
At this time, there is a 2.9% (variable) + $0.35 (fixed) deduction for credit card processing per transaction, and then MarMo takes 4% + $0.10 from vendors for commission / finders fee. Fees include taxes and shipping. **Please note we are in early stages of developing our fees structure, and appreciate feedback on this.
How do I change my products?

How do I upload a new product?
See above video for directions on adding products, or go to “Seller’s Portal” > “Vendor Dashboard” and then click “Add New Product”.
This will take you to a WordPress backend admin site, which is completely normal. You will also be able to edit existing products and your Seller Profile from this site.

If I have multiple products, is there a way to bulk upload them?
We are currently working on a bulk upload option, but do not have a sufficient one at this time. The current state is that our bulk upload adds only Simple Products with the following:

These fields are essential to be listed in MarMo’s search and filter sections, and can only be edited manually at this time.
If you still wish to use our bulk upload knowing the above, please contact us and we will send you the proper CSV / XML format to create the bulk upload.
I need a Category / Attribute or other product data that is not currently available – what do I do?
Click on the “Contact Us” form and send us the request. We are happy to add new product categories or attributes where applicable, and will typically respond within 48 hours.
